What to send us
The more you can tell us at the start, the faster we can quote. Useful to include:
• A tech pack, artwork, sketch or a reference sample.
• Your target fabric, or let us recommend one.
• Approximate quantity per style and colourway.
• Your target delivery window.
• Any certification your buyer requires: GRS for recycled content, SMETA 4-pillar for ethical audit.
If you do not have all of this yet, write anyway. Most enquiries start with a photograph and a question.
What happens next
We reply the same working day with an initial view on feasibility and price. If it is a fit, we develop samples in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock. Bulk production runs 45 to 90 days from approved sample.
We quote FOB as standard and can work to other Incoterms on request. Payment is DP at sight or part advance against order. Our minimum is 300 pieces per style and colourway on garments and 500 on scarves and accessories, lower on repeat programmes, quoted against fabric availability.
