What we produce

Shirts and blouses. Full or half placket, one-piece or two-piece collar, cuffed or bound sleeve openings, with back yoke and pleat detailing to your pattern.

Camisoles and vests. Strappy and bound-edge constructions in lightweight wovens, with adjustable or fixed straps and lace trim options.

Co-ord sets. Matching top-and-short, top-and-skirt and shirt-and-trouser sets. Print placement is matched across pieces so the repeat aligns when the set is worn together.

Playsuits and jumpsuits. One-piece constructions with elasticated or drawstring waists, tie fronts and ruffle detailing.

Value additions. Schiffli and multi-head embroidery at neckline and yoke, chain-stitch work, lace inserts and contrast trims.

How we work

Send us a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample to manoj@manojexpo.com and we will come back with pricing and a sampling timeline the same working day. Samples are developed in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock.

Our QA team works on the production floor throughout, inspecting against your parameters rather than ours alone.

As a ladies top manufacturer in India, we work from your pattern and your size chart rather than a house block.

Fit and construction

Tops are graded on bust, shoulder width, sleeve length and body length. Shoulder is the critical measurement. It sets how the sleeve head sits, and getting it wrong is the most common cause of a rejected fit sample.

On co-ord sets we match print placement between pieces at the cutting stage rather than correcting afterwards, and we cut top and bottom from the same dye lot so the two halves do not drift in shade.

We produce a fit sample on every new style before bulk. Where a style has a placket, collar or cuff, we sample those components separately first if you want to approve the construction before a full garment is made.
