How we work
Send us a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample and we will come back with pricing and a sampling timeline the same working day. Samples are developed in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock.
Our QA team works on the production floor throughout, inspecting against your parameters rather than ours alone.

Common Questions
-
From 500 pieces per style and colourway, and lower on repeat programmes. Print and dye setup sits per colourway on accessories, which is what sets the floor. We quote against fabric availability and take both large-scale and small-batch runs.
-
ingle-loop styles typically run 55" to 70" around, worn hanging. Double-loop styles run 28" to 36", cut to sit closer at the neck when wrapped twice. Tube width is a separate decision and usually falls between 8" and 14". Send the finished dimensions and how it should be worn, and we will pattern to that.
-
oth, and they behave quite differently. Jersey loops in viscose and modal knit have stretch and recovery, a softer drape, and edges that do not fray, so the construction is simpler. Woven loops hold their shape better and take print more crisply, but the fabric has to be hemmed or made as a closed tube. Jersey suits soft everyday styles; woven suits printed and structured pieces.
-
We produce single-seam constructions as standard, with the join placed so it sits at the back in wear. The seam can be overlocked, flatlocked or fully concealed inside a tube, depending on the fabric and how visible you want it. On sheer wovens we recommend a concealed seam, since an overlock shows through.
-
Yes. Marled and heathered effects are created at yarn level rather than printed on, so the colour runs through the fabric and does not sit on the surface. We work these in cotton, wool and blended knits, and they sit well in winter ranges where a flat solid can look cheap.
-
From around 40 GSM for lightweight summer loops up to 300 GSM for winter knits. Jersey constructions generally sit at the lighter end and knit blends at the heavier. Weight drives how the loop hangs, so it is worth settling before print or colour.
-
No, and that is the point of them. A closed loop has no ends, so there is no fringe, tassel or hem to specify — which removes a whole set of decisions compared with a stole or a wrap. If you want fringing, look at our stoles or shawls instead.
