How we work
Send us a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample and we will come back with pricing and a sampling timeline the same working day. Samples are developed in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock.
Our QA team works on the production floor throughout, inspecting against your parameters rather than ours alone.

Common Questions
-
From 500 pieces per style and colourway, and lower on repeat programmes. On heavily hand-worked pieces the practical quantity is usually higher than on plain goods.
-
A neck wrap sits at the neck and shoulders and has no shaping — it is a finished panel, often heavily embellished, worn draped or fastened. A caplet is a short shoulder cape with actual construction: a shaped neckline, seams and usually a closure. Caplets are patterned and graded; neck wraps are cut to dimension.
-
Hand work with seed beads, bugle beads, sequins and appliqué. Machine and hand embroidery, including schiffli, chain stitch and computerised multi-head. We also produce fringed and tasselled finishes. All of it is done in-house rather than subcontracted, which is why we can sample changes quickly.
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
More than any other variable on these products. A lightly beaded border and an all-over beaded panel can differ by a large multiple in hand-hours, and hand-hours are what drive both price and delivery. If you have a target price, tell us at artwork stage and we will propose a density that meets it rather than quoting something you then have to value-engineer backwards.
-
Yes. Send artwork at final size with the bead or sequin types marked, or send a physical reference piece and we will match it. Where artwork is a repeat, tell us how it should sit relative to the edge — on a neck wrap the embellishment is usually placed against the shoulder line rather than centred on the cloth.
-
Plain pieces sample in two to four weeks. Hand-embellished pieces take longer, because the sample is made the same way the bulk will be. Bulk runs 45 to 90 days from approved sample, at the longer end where hand work is heavy. Tell us your delivery date early on beaded programmes.

FOB as standard, other Incoterms on request. Payment is DP at sight or part advance against order.
