Manoj Expo International has manufactured scarves in Mumbai since 1975 and exported them since 1981. We produce 250,000 scarves a month to buyer specification for fashion brands, importers and wholesalers across North America and Europe — printed, solid dyed, yarn dyed, tie-dye and ombre, in squares, oblongs, stoles and wraps.

What we produce

Printed scarves. Digital and screen prints in animal, floral, geometric and abstract patterns, on viscose, modal, silk and blends. Metallic stripe and lurex detailing available.

Solid dyed scarves. Plain and crinkle finishes across the full colour card, in viscose, modal, wool and linen blends, with options for fringed, frayed and rolled-hem finishing.

Yarn dyed scarves. Woven checks, stripes and herringbone in cotton, wool and blended yarns, dyed before weaving for depth of colour and durability.

Tie-dye and ombre scarves. Hand-applied gradients and resist patterns, including sequin and bead embellishment on finished pieces.

Square scarves. Classic silk-feel squares from neckerchief through to large wrap sizes, in printed and plain finishes.

We also manufacture pareos, eternity scarves, neck wraps and sashes as separate categories, and kimonos and cover-ups for swim and resort ranges as well as dresses and tops for private labels.

How we work

Send us a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample and we will come back with pricing and a sampling timeline the same working day. Samples are developed in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock.

Our QA team works on the production floor throughout, inspecting against your parameters rather than ours alone.

Common Questions

  • From 500 pieces per style and colourway, and lower on repeat programmes. Print and dye setup sits per colourway on accessories, which is what sets the floor. We quote against fabric availability and take both large-scale and small-batch runs.

  • Two to four weeks, depending on the fabric and the processes involved. Where the fabric is already in stock we can send samples immediately. All sample development is done in-house.

  • Between 45 and 90 days from approved sample, depending on fabric availability and order quantity.

  • Yes. We are GRS registered with Control Union, certificate CU1026456GRS, and certify against confirmed orders
