Fabric, Print and Embroidery Capabilities

Every fabric, process and finish we work in, across scarves, cover-ups and garments. All counts and constructions, in all weave types, from 30 GSM summer weights to 500 GSM winter weights.

These capabilities are offered as a private label manufacturing service: you supply the tech pack and the labels, we cut, make, trim and ship.

Natural fabrics

100% cotton, 100% rayon including modal, hemp, bamboo, jute, wool and linen. Available in all counts and constructions.

Synthetic fabrics

Polyester, acrylic and nylon.

Blends

Natural and synthetic fibres blended to whatever percentage your specification calls for.

Dyeing and colour

Solid dyed, white, natural undyed, tie-dye and ombre shading. Colour matched to your standard.

Printing

Screen print, block print, flat-bed machine print, rotary print, digital print and flock print.

Embroidery and embellishment

Chain stitch, zig-zag machine embroidery, computerised and multi-head embroidery, and schiffli. Dobby and jacquard constructions available.

Hand embroidery with seed beads, bugle beads, sequins and appliqué, all worked in-house.

Sizes

Skinny sashes from 1.5" × 38". Wraps and oblongs from 10" × 60" to 27" × 80". Sarongs and pareos from 30" × 60" to 56" × 80" and larger. Triangle wraps and special shapes to your tech pack.

Minimum order and capacity

Garments: from 300 pieces per style and colourway. Scarves, stoles, shawls, pareos and accessories: from 500 pieces per style and colourway, where print and dye setup sits per colourway. Minimums come down on repeat programmes once the pattern and fabric are approved.

Monthly capacity is 50,000 woven garments and 250,000 scarves and accessories at our 22,000 sq ft facility in Vasai East, Palghar.
