How we work
Send us a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample and we will come back with pricing and a sampling timeline the same working day. Samples are developed in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock.

Common Questions
-
From 500 pieces per style and colourway, and lower on repeat programmes. Print and dye setup sits per colourway on accessories, which is what sets the floor. We quote against fabric availability and take both large-scale and small-batch runs.
-
From 1.5" × 38" for a skinny tie sash, up through standard belt widths to wide and obi styles. Length is cut to your requirement — a wrap-and-tie obi needs considerably more length than a single-pass belt, so tell us how it fastens rather than only how wide it should be.
-
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do in this category. We supply loose for your own assembly, or sewn in at the side seam, attached to belt loops, or finished as a separate tie packed with the garment. Tell us how it attaches and we will finish the ends accordingly.
-
Yes. Send fabric, a swatch or the mill reference and we will match in one of two ways — either producing the sash from the same fabric you are using, or matching colour in a compatible construction where the main fabric is unsuitable for a narrow width. Where an exact match matters, we cut from a single dye lot so the sash and the garment do not drift in shade.
-
Yes, where the style needs to hold its shape. Wide sashes are usually fused or interlined so they sit flat rather than rolling at the edges, and the weight of interlining changes how sharply the sash folds. On soft tie styles we leave them unlined and cut on the bias, which gives a softer knot.
-
Rolled hem, plain, pointed ends, tasselled or fringed. Pointed and mitred ends are the usual choice on a wide sash; a narrow tie is normally rolled or plain. End finish is more visible on a sash than on almost anything else we make, because the ends sit at the front of the garment in wear.
-
Samples in two to four weeks, or immediately where fabric is in stock. Bulk runs 45 to 90 days from approved sample. Where a sash is a component of a garment programme, tell us the garment delivery date and we will work back from it.
