How we work
Send us a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample and we will come back with pricing and a sampling timeline the same working day. Samples are developed in-house, usually within two to four weeks, or immediately where the fabric is already in stock.
Our QA team works on the production floor throughout, inspecting against your parameters rather than ours alone.

Common Questions
-
From 500 pieces per style and colourway, and lower on repeat programmes. Print and dye setup sits per colourway on accessories, which is what sets the floor. We quote against fabric availability and take both large-scale and small-batch runs.
-
rom 30" × 60" through to 56" × 80", and larger to your specification. The larger end covers full-body wrap sarongs; the smaller end suits hip wraps and beach squares. Send the finished dimensions and we will cut to them.
-
Yes. A pareo is a large flat panel, which makes it the best canvas we produce — a print can run as an all-over repeat, as a border along one or more edges, or as a single engineered placement designed to sit correctly when the piece is tied. Send artwork at final size and tell us how it should be worn, because placement prints have to be positioned against the tie point rather than the centre of the cloth.
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
Digital printing for photographic artwork, fine gradients and short runs, and rotary or screen printing for larger quantities and flat colour. Screen and block printing are available where you want the handled look those processes give. At 56" width the print method affects both cost and colour depth, so it is worth discussing before artwork is finalised.
-
Rolled hem, plain finished edge, frayed self-edge, twisted fringe and tasselled corners. On a piece this large the hem is a visible design element rather than just a finish, and a heavier fringe changes how the fabric hangs when tied. Worth specifying rather than leaving to default.
-
A pareo is a flat rectangle of cloth, worn wrapped or tied, with no construction beyond the edge finish. A cover-up is a made garment — kimono, kaftan, tunic or poncho — with sleeves, seams and closures, and it is graded to a size chart. If your range needs both, we produce them in matching prints so they sell together.

Samples in two to four weeks, or immediately where fabric is in stock. Bulk runs 45 to 90 days from approved sample. We quote FOB as standard with other Incoterms on request, and payment is DP at sight or part advance against order.
